Comparison Review

Comfort
The RAM 3500 offers passengers in its extended cab about the same head- and legroom as the Toyota Tundra. As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between the RAM 3500 and the Toyota Tundra.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The RAM 3500 is somewhat more expensive than the Toyota Tundra.

Dimensions
The RAM 3500 is a little narrower than the Toyota Tundra, so you'll have an easier time getting in and out of the car in a tight parking spot. When looking at overall length, the RAM 3500 takes up about the same amount of space in your garage as the Toyota Tundra.

Handling
The RAM 3500 has a similar turning radius to the Toyota Tundra, so both should maneuver just as easily in and out of tight spots.

Performance
When considering towing capacity, the RAM 3500 is clearly the choice over the Toyota Tundra for pulling heavy loads. The RAM 3500 has a little more horsepower than the Toyota Tundra.

Powertrain
With its lower torque engine, the RAM 3500 doesn't do as good a job transmitting horsepower to its wheels as the Toyota Tundra.

Utility
In terms of seating, you'll be able to fit the same number of people in the RAM 3500 as you will the Toyota Tundra.
